Welcome to this week’s #UnPocoDeToDoUK (Spanish for “A little bit of everything”) where I am officially joining Franca, Maria, Tracey and Nadia for the first time in their lovely Instagram community linky.
I’m mindful that it is also Halloween, so I’m hoping nothing spooky happens on my first outing here!!
There were 21 link ups last week with lots of tasty pictures.
It must have been something to do with half-term as I know I certainly had a good feed up last week too!
Such beautiful photography and colours. Just look at this delicious spread.
Our featured photos from last week are as follows:
We had four people who commented the most this week. They were: Sarah from Arthurwears, Karen from The Mad House of Cats & Babies, Claire from A Life in Practice and Danielle from Someone’s Mum. We loved the bright colours of Sarah’s photo and so for this reason, we have given her the top spot and featured Karen, Claire and Danielle.

We worked hard today! Bits of me not used to working that way are protesting slightly but these "cheese" pies made it all worth it. Basically feta in filo pastry with a honey/sesame dressing… 😘👌🏻 #whatsonmyplate #whatsfordinner #letseat #iburnedalotofcaloriestoday #ineededthis #localfood #greekfood #capturemypositive #nothingisordinary #UnPocoDeToDoUk

Half-term is lovely as we get a whole week of family time with all four of us. It's the perfect excuse to have some treats like a mid-week roast on a Monday. Red Tractor mini-roast joints are great for us as they won't break the bank and are just enough for two preschoolers and two adults. We enjoyed our mini roast beef with roasted winter veg like sweet potato and parsnip, broccoli, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and, of course, lots of gravy 😊. You can find out where to pick up a Red Tractor mini-roasts here on the @simplybeefandlamb website: http://bit.ly/2eg7uzN What's your favourite family roast? #MiniRoasts #ad #UnPocoDeTodoUk

If you’d like to check out the photos that were linked up to us last week you can check them out here.
We have been pinning all your photos onto our #UnPocoDeToDoUK Pinterest Board so please do follow us there to see the great collection of photos we have so far!
#UnPocoDeToDoUK linking up times
The #UnPocoDeToDoUK linky will open on Monday 9pm until Friday 11.55pm Please do remember that to fully participate you need to link up your Instagram photo to the linky each week. This ensures you get love and receive comments from everyone who is joining in. Also, when commenting please remember that we only count the comments to the photos that are linked and that have used the hashtag.
PLEASE NOTE: We hope you understand it takes a lot of work to prepare the linky post each week. Therefore, commenting must be finished by MIDDAY on Sunday in order to give us time to go through and count the comments to see who has commented the most. Any comments made after this time may not be counted.
So that you can prepare ahead, our schedule of themes are as follows:
- 7 November: Parents In The Picture – Nicky
- 14 November: Outdoors/Nature/Objects – Franca
- 21 November: Food – Maria
- 28 November: Things We Love – Tracey
What you gain from joining #UnPocoDeToDoUK
When linking up to #UnPocoDeTodoUK you can expect to get at least 6 comments on your photo. If your photo is chosen as one of our favourites of the week you’ll receive not one but FIVE individual back links to your blog which helps boost your DA. All five hosts will also feature your photo, your Instagram account AND your blog!
This week’s theme is Things We Love
This theme is pretty open ended so we’d love to see photos of the things that you love. It could be a new item you’ve brought, a favourite moment you’ve captured of your family or anything that has made your heart sing. If you love it, we will love it too!
To join in, simply link up the link of any Instagram photo (a maximum of two).
NOTE: Don’t forget that you can add a title to your IG photos once you have linked up. We are getting many that currently just say “Instagram” so it’d be great if you could add a title. It can make all the difference to the photograph too!
We are all looking forward to seeing your lovely photos! Have a lovely week.
